Ingredients

medium ground beef | 340 g (0.77 lb) | |
egg | 1 | |
clove of garlic, minced | 1 | |
Italian breadcrumbs | 125 ml (1/4 cup) | |
mozzarella cheese, grated | 125 ml (1/4 cup) | |
salt and pepper | To taste | |
olive oil or vegetable oil | 45 ml (3 tablespoons) |
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients (except the oil) with your hands to form a smooth paste.
- Form the mixture into 12 to 16 small balls. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil and cook the meatballs until they are golden brown.
- Serve with pork cutlets, potatoes and salad.
