Québec-Style Chinese Pork Noodles
This is a really simple recipe that makes great leftovers!

Ingredients

vegetable oil | 30 ml (2 tablespoons) | |
pork loin chops, boneless with fat | 2 to 4 | |
onion, chopped | 1 | |
celery stalks, diced | 4 | |
green pepper, diced | 1 | |
soy sauce | 60 ml (1/4 cup) | |
macaroni | 500 g |
Directions
- Cut the pork chops into small strips.
- In a large frying pan or wok, cook the pork and vegetables in vegetable oil until they start to brown.
- Meanwhile, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta al dente. Drain and reserve 125 ml of the pasta water.
- Add the soy sauce, as well as the cooked and drained macaroni.
- Serve immediately.
