A typical Québec city recipe... that isn’t made anywhere else in the world!
This is a really simple recipe that makes great leftovers!
It’s super easy and delicious!

|vegetable oil||30 ml (2 tablespoons)|
|pork loin chops, boneless with fat||2 to 4|
|celery stalks, diced||4|
|green pepper, diced||1|
|soy sauce||60 ml (1/4 cup)|
- Cut the pork chops into small strips.
- In a large frying pan or wok, cook the pork and vegetables in vegetable oil until they start to brown.
- Meanwhile, in a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta al dente. Drain and reserve 125 ml of the pasta water.
- Add the soy sauce, as well as the cooked and drained macaroni.
- Serve immediately.
